The Parallax II: Future Sequence  is the sixth studio album  Between the Buried and Me, released in 2012. The album spans 72 minutes across 12 continuous tracks, it serves as the full-length narrative conclusion to their 2011 EP, The Parallax: Hypersleep Dialogues. 

The story follows two men sharing a cosmic, shared consciousness across different planes of existence. Prospect 1 is an isolated wanderer and Prospect 2 is an agent who left his life and wife behind to seed human souls on a new planet.
